Bathsheba is located on the rugged east coast of Barbados, in the parish of Saint Joseph.

Activities
Most activities in Bathsheba revolve around the sea, be it sitting in tidal pools known as "poolies", surfing at the Soup Bowl (not for the faint-hearted), or simply walking along the beach collecting seashells and beach glass.
Events and Festivals
Surfing Championships
Independence Pro Surfing Championships and Banks Pro Long Board Classic is held over two days each November and attracts many of the world's most famous surfers.
Sleep
There are several bay houses available for rental along the beach and up the hill from the beach.
