George Enescu International Airport (IATA: BCM, ICAO: LRBC), formerly Bacău International Airport, is located near Bacău in the Moldavia region in the northeast of Romania. Besides both domestic and international commercial flights, the airport is also used by the the Romanian Air Force. In 2008 the airport had 119,000 passengers[1].

The airport is 5km south of Bacău, and is accessible by bus, airport shuttle or taxi. To get to Piatra Neamţ, you have to travel to Bacău first.
