Introduction
Marmaris is a port city and important resort town in the region of Aegean Turkey. Although the town's population is just around 30,000, summer peak season means the temporary population is over 10 times as much.

By Plane
Dalaman Airport (DLM) is located roughly 100km from Marmaris and functions as one of the most important airports for coastal Turkey.
Currently, almost 30 airlines serve the airport, mainly with charter airlines and during the summer season from April to October. There are, however, regular flights outside this season as well with a number of them.
The main destinations include Kiev, Vienna, Amsterdam, Belfast, Glasgow, London, Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich, Tel Aviv, Edinburgh, Riga, Belgrade, Copenhagen, Istanbul, Saint Petersburg, Brussels, Oslo, Stockholm, Moscow and Ankara.
