The airport in Banlung is not currently in operation.
By Train

By Bus
Banlung is accessible by bus from most Cambodian cities, though you might have to change buses. It is also possible to get there from Pleiku, Vietnam, across the new Le Thanh-O'Yadaw border crossing. If you cross the border before 10am, there should be cars awaiting passengers on the Cambodian side. Otherwise, finding one might be difficult.
