Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport

Introduction

Sharm el-Sheikh International Airport (IATA: SSH, ICAO: HESH), formerly known as Ophira International Airport, is an international airport located in Sharm el-Sheikh in the northeast of Egypt. After Cairo International Airport, it is the busiest airport in the country.

Getting there and away

Although there are taxis and mini buses available at the airport, most people will have a hotel shuttle transfer to be included, as many people arrive here on an organised trip.
