Styria

Introduction

Styria (in German Steiermark), is the central/south eastern region of Austria. The northern part of the region follows the main ridge of the Alps. This is where you find popular ski resorts, like Schladming. To the south east the mountains have become hills, and the valley are more populous. This is where you will find the capital Graz, and some other bigger town.
