Vlore is a city in the southwest of Albania and is the capital of the Vlore County and the second-largest port city in the country, after Durres, wiht around 95,000 inhabitants.

For sending other things than postcards and letters or anything of value, you might consider using a private company like UPS, TNT, FedEx or DHL.
