Nega Maluca Guesthouse

For backpackers it is a perfect place, we got to know many open minded and interesting people joining us for the nights. Staff is like family acting, very close contact. Also breakfast was very good. Sleep Well Hostel

The old lady that runs the hostel is quite funny and can be very helpful, but speaks only portuguese. The toilet stinks badly. It was a great place for carnival, only 30 min walk from Ondina. ... more

Duda Hostel

According to the previous reviews, the Duda-Hostel is quite a good place to stay in Salvador and because of those reviews I booked some nights in the Hostel. Unfortunately I can't say anything good about the Hostel besides the fact of the very good and pretty location. The rooms and the beds are alright. Let's say it could have been worse. ... more
