Bariloche
Bariloche, or officially San Carlos de Bariloche, is a city in the Rio Negro province in Argentina. It's located at the shore of Lago Nahuel Huapi at the foot of the Andes mountains and has about 140,000 inhabitants. It's the most famous skiing resort in Argentina but has much more to offer, also during the summermonths.

Tangoinn Hostel Downtown
Busy hostel downtown, about $10 cab ride from train/bus terminal. Its a bit pricy, but then, so is everything else in Bariloche. Good facilities, reasonable breakfast, beer & wine for sale at reception. Like every other hostel I have stayed at in SA, they really NEED to invest in some decent heavy duty kitchen utensils. ... more
Green House Hostels
Stunning kitchen with pro stove and oven, perfect for many meals at the same time. Large and sunny common room. We stayed in several different rooms, and all were clean and comfy. Nice place to stay, very clean and the bathroom was quite nice. The common area isn't very big; there's a small couch and a couple of chairs apart from the two big picnic-style tables used for eating. The hostel is located on what seems to be like hostel row, but it was never an issue in terms of noise or anything. ... more
