Brindisi

Brindisi is an Italian city, located in the 'heel' of the country in the region of Apulia. It is the capital of the province of Brindisi and has about 100,000 inhabitants. Although it is an ancient city, nowadays it also functions as a major port with connections to the southeastern part of Europe.

While the proprietor is a very friendly and helpful man and the hotel is absolutely clean, the facilities are very minimal. Shower had a mere trickle, and the only way to keep the mosquitoes out was by lowering the roll-down shutter keeping out fresh air as well. ... more
