Dunedin (Ōtepoti in Maori) is located on the south-eastern coast of New Zealand's South Island, on the Otago Peninsula. It is home to numerous 19th century buildings from an era when it was New Zealand's largest city. It is home to the University of Otago, New Zealand's oldest university and the South Island's largest employer.

Beware of the hike! There are 600 metres of steep hike from the octagon! I did not see any hot chocolate or sauna, either, and the spa was strictly closed, but I enjoyed their two internet computers, on a rainy day, even though I had to fix the mouse plug of one of them to have it working. ... more
