Friendly, helpful staff. Couples room had a bunk bed with no light available on the lower (double bed) bunk. Double bed had a broken frame (outside 1/3 of the bed was not fully supported due to too-short slats with nails that had pulled out & you couldn't really sleep on it) & bedsprings that poke you in the ribs. ... more
