It was a small quite place a good hostel to stay at if you enjoy surfing but not alot else to do, although only a 40min train journey to cape town. staff we're friendly. The room we stayed in was ok but a bit run down, could do with a fresh coat of paint but cant complain for the price. ... more

About half a mile from the train station and close to all the restaurants and bars, Boulders beach is about a 20 min walk away. The train from Cape Town took just over an hour and only cost about £1.20, the track runs right next to the sea.
