It is in a quiet area, about 10-15min walk to the centre (Plaza de Armas). The rooms and facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly and provided information about the area, taxis, buses, etc. Rooms were a bit cold and the duvets weren't very warm (needed my own sleeping bag additionally). ... more

It's a big hostel, but very clean. The beds are very comfortable, and the showers are some of the best (and hottest) we came across in Peru.

This place is great - for the right person. It's in the San Blas area, which is a fantastic part of Cusco to wander around and to stay in. If you want a private bath, don't stay here.

There was a horrible sewage stench in the main seating area. THank GOD that our room was not hear there...it was truly overwhelming. The hike from the plaza was quite something too.

Be sure to ask how to make the showers hot: it takes a long wait. The rooms are small and very basic, but not bad.
