The best of this hostel is its location. Staff was helpful and answered mails promptly. Good value if you're on a budget given Dublin prices! The only thing is that bathroom and room didn't get serviced during the whole stay and that if you're not carrying towels you have to rent them for a symbolic 2€ each. ... more
It was pathetic. I was due to arrive 11am when the day before my booking, around 4pm I receive an email (not even a phone call) that my booking has been cancelled!! This is completely wrong to have people have who have based their holiday on the accommodation (location and date) to find new accommodation the afternoon before our arrival. ... more
