Arenal Backpackers Resort

Was fine for what it advertised, great if you are just passing through. I know another review mentioned bugs...they aren't bedbugs but these other ones that came down between the moudling and the wall in the ceilingat night. They bit any exposed skin and took over a week to heal. Much itchier than mosquito bites. ... more

100 m al Oeste de la Plaza de La Fortuna (Map) - Hostel

A great spot in La Fortuna, right downtown, next to the park, near the bus station. I got a private room and it was huge! very clean and had a nice balcony. Friendly staff and great tours.
