- In London it is cheaper to travel on the buses rather than the Tube, and if you get the front seat of a double decker bus you get to see where you are going, and way better value than the Tour Buses!! Tip from aboo10
- If you are feeling adventurous, head for places like South London's Brixton Market (they also have a farmer's market first Saturday of every month), in the market itself there are some great restaurants tucked away with some great food for really affordable prices. Tip from moshimoshineko

The Wimbledon Championship tennis tournament is held every year between late June and early July. Often called the "fortnight", this year the tournament starts on the 24th of June until the July the 7th 2013. With regards to things to do in London, people are very attached to this game and eager to see best tennis players from over 60 competitive nations.

Stayed for four nights and it's a great place! Would certainly go again or try one of the other Bestplace Inn. The rooms are good, breakfast is good enough and it's a very pleasent place to stay. The pizzas are marvelous, the bar is nice to hang out in with some kareoke and lots of Londoners comming in. ... more
