Sunny Beach
Sunny Beach is the most important and biggest beach resort in Bulgaria. It is not far from Nessebar, about 30 kilometres from Burgas and 100 kilometres from Varna, which both have many flights.

The owners were lovely and spoke great English and the rooms were good value with air con and nice showers. Small but very nice swimming pool and bar prices as cheap as local supermarkets. Sunny Beach itself is pretty soulless, just full of brits getting sunburnt but some excellent bars/clubs and the beach is nice though rammed with deckchairs. ... more
