Mission Beach
Mission Beach itself is a small beach town in northern Queensland with about 1,000 inhabitants, but the attractions of Mission Beach and surroundings stretch for around 15 kilometres along the Coral Sea coastline.

The staff are really friendly at this place. It has a nice personal/family feel to it and is not one of those huge backpacker party joints. The rooms are basic but air conditioned and the location is great (in the middle of the Mission Beach township).
