I loved my stay here. It is owned by a family, and it is a lovely environment. I truly enjoyed it. They kept it clean and were very helpful. The only issue is that it is a long walk from the falls.... like 20-25 mins depending on how slow/fast you walk. This was not advertised correctly. But despite this I really enjoyed staying here ... more

Nice hostel, very comfortable with wonderful lounge area, TV, movies, pool table and so on. Also great large kitchen- unlike so many hostels in N America! About 25 mins walk from the Falls- but its a nice walk along the river. Nice staff who make the effort to welcome you and help you out. I would use this hostel again. ... more

It's around 420 miles or so. Good roads all the way and should take you about 8-9 hours. Start off about 6am, I would suggest a stop off for lunch in Buffalo, then it's another couple of hours from Buffalo to Niagara Falls.
