Port Elizabeth (also known as 'Die Baai' in Afrikaans) is an industrial city situated on the coast of the Eastern Cape in South Africa. A colourful blend of leafy middle-class suburbs and corrugated iron shanty towns, it's often the final stopping point for travellers taking the scenic Garden Route from Cape Town.

You can do it in less than 2 weeks but you won't get to do much exploring along the way. There are a lot of places to stop at and things to do so you could take even more time and not do it all. You might be better off starting in Port Elizabeth if you are driving, it would save you a day or so ...
