Indeed a nicely located place at the south coast of Martinique. Best to be reached by car. About 11 kms from Marin.
The bungalow has a bedroom with a double matress (200x160) and a small shower; toilet included, however it did not have a seat. On the veranda is a small kitchen with microwave, two hot plates and all equipment for simple meals
Yes, you can hear the birds, and also once in a while a car passing by; sleeping at night was not an issue though.
The closest beach to walk to is about 20 mins walking distance away

Overall a simple but clean place, however not luxury
