I can definitely recommend staying here and I will always look out for other Meiningers for my future travels. The value you get for your money is almost incredible. The price of a youth hostel, but the facilities and comfort of a star hotel. I still can't believe how cheap it was and what we got in return. The hotel staff is very friendly and has always helped me with a smile. The only problem I had during my stay was that the internet was not always accessible, but this didn't last more than a day or two.

Clean, quiet and comfortable. Sudtiroler Platz/Hauptbahnhof very accessible by tram or U-bahn and only a few stops from Stefansplatz (city centre).
Pity about smoking in the bar - made this a no-go area.
