For the price you pay, it's not bad, even though it's a way from the city.
The room given was adequate, with a sitting area, king sized bed in the room, a kitchenette (although you'll have to bring your own stuff), a microwave, etc. Comfortable enough for me doing my work in there for more than a few hours a day.
There is a laundry and a mini market nearby, so that makes it handy. If you need a cab, the staff will get one for you easily enough.
As a lone traveller, I'm quite happy with it except for the distance to town.
