La playa está a 2 minutos andando. Tenemos habitaciones de 4, 6, 8 y 10 camas, todas con baño. Estamos muy bien situado para aprovechar la marcha de Brighton. Hay muchos bares y discotecas. La estación de autobús (National Express) está detrás del hotel. La estación de tren está muy cerca.
