• Mangalore to Madikeri by bus
  Checked out early by 8am. Taxi to Mangalore main bus depot. Took a deluxe bus (4hr trip) up to Madikeri, a hill station. The trip was pretty bumpy. Saw red bottle brush in full bloom in houses along the way. Lots of poinsetias. Lovely forests. Took a jeep out to Heritage Resort, in a small village 7km ...
