Hi H, This might not be an idea that you originally thought of but how about going to Cape Town for 4 days and then a 3 day safari in the Kruger National Park? Being in the bush is an experience of a lifetime. Cape Town doesnt have cyclones or any of that extreme weather. December is summer in South Africa ...

What would your choice be?
