Rainbow Beach

Rainbow Beach takes its name from its coloured cliffs, created in Aboriginal legend when the rainbow spirit of the gods, Yiningie, was killed in a fight, spreading his colours across the rock. There's not much happening in the town itself, but it's from here that you can dive Wolf Rock to see sharks.

  • A country that has it all !!!!
    Canada has a lot to offer in that respect too. Warm summers on beaches with surfing, sailing, hiking etc. And lots of snow in winter for skiing. Mountains, Plains and coastlines. Big cities to little outbacks. And very friendly people! France as well (apart from the plains) -and they also have yummy food ...
