Adventure minus 4 weeks -eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeek!!

--- after almost a year of preparing I can hardly believe that I will be heading off in 4 weeks on the first leg of my solo-expedition...

Life threw me a few wobblers and I had to restructure my trip a bit ...but still going strong .... so will be a month in Nepal to do an altitude training run - and also teach a group of Tibetan Monks in exile (art-workshops) http://www.kailashzone.org

After the trip I will be back in London on a contract again till early 2008 - and then, well... the rest of the Silkroutes is beckoning... I might do it in stages though.... depending on the company - my physical stamina etc... I am not in a rush to explore the whole world in a year haha..

I got my vaccines and had no side effects -well apart from some mild terret syndrome - hihi

Next week I get my Tibetan and Indian visas and also need to pick up my train tickets...
