Married to Kit, the other half of Jake n Kit, and we are ordinary people with little time or finances to travel though we'd like to do more before we get too much older!
Hobbies:Caravanning in UK, flyfishing and motorcycle racing, outdoors pursuits like walking and mountain biking, and hillwalking. Enjoying time with old friends and meeting new ones.
Favourite places:Scotland; God's Country. If you avoid the places where most tourists go, taking away the wrong impression of the place, we have a fabulous country with great people; kind, honest and generous and down-to-earth.

With a fairly extensive knowledge of the country I can give travellers some idea of where they need to be to 'do their thing' avoiding the pitfalls of the usual tourist traps. Good knowledge of caravan and campsites for those who prefer thier own accomodation, good mountain area knowledge and good motorsport contacts.
