We were really pleased to get the apartment, especially after hearing that 14 others had also applied for it. We’d looked at it with Mum and Dad and we all loved it straight away!

We spent some time lazing around before starting some serious job hunting. Steve got the first job he went for, just after a week later, with a bank in the city and I eventually got a temporary contract with an oil company...
