Paris Apartment review: Pavillon Monceau-Palais des Congres

The 'self contained' kitchen didn't have any cutlery and not enough cups and plates provided and minimal cooking utensils. No soap was provided in the bathroom. Only one towel was ever serviced for two people staying in the room.

The breakfast was really good.
