Beijing Hotel review: Dong Si Fu Yuan Hotel

i face a problem when the hotel staff said that, they could not give a room as per my reservation and booking fees. they said the hotel FULL HOUSE. they only can give 2 rooms out of 3 rooms.
Suprised and it is very tough and difficult in that situations.

Only one 1 staff who can speak and read English, and the other does not understand at all. they simply talk to you Chinese
