Sligo Hostel review: Gyreum
Well-we had to find out that this place is in the middle of nowhere...we tried to hitchhike there...and finally ended up in a taxi in the middle of the night and the driver has never heard of this place, he called several taxi-mates and noone had an exactly idea where this ecolodge is situated. Neither the postman of Rivertown has heard of it. ^^ As we arrived the taxidriver was sympathetic and gave us a bottle of juice in the case that there`s nothing to drink^^
I would recommend this place if you want to relax and think about your life, they have a library and cute cats. To me the motto of Gyreum is: back-to-nature and the simple life^^ with old bath tubs and eventually hot water.the landscape is beautiful.
And the home-made tea tastes great!
Cork Hostel review: Aaran House Tourist Hostel
Tracey was friendly and informed our tired ears overwhelmingly^^
The location is okay...well and we forgot that there`s no common food in the kitchen...sorry again, that we almost ate the crackers...OOps..
Belfast Hostel review: Belfast International Youth Hostel
I would recommend this hostel because the location is good, there`s an elevator available and a day-tour office inside the hostel.
But everytime I turned around in my bed it squeaked terribly.
