Athens Hotel review: Hotel Claridge Athens

We stayed at this hotel a few days in August 2009. The hotel itself and the room was not very clean. There were hairs all over the bathroom and the room. Also the shower has no curtains, which made it a problem to take a shower.
The hotel is a few steps away from the subway station Omonia.
The lift made a lot of noise; because of this we didn't trust it and took the staircase.
The hotel is in a really terrible neighborhood. There are drug deals, etc. in the square across the street at night.
