It has been a while since I've updated, and quite a lot has happened. Six of us took a trip to Italy, where our main destination was Rome. It was one of the most stressful experiences of my life. We ended up spending one night on each end of the trip sitting outside of Milan's train station due to circumstances completely out of our control. People missed flights home (but not me, thank goodness). It was a good trip, and we saw some amazing things. Rome is packed with history and culture, and while we saw a lot, two days was not nearly enough time to really take everything in. Nor was it enough time to eat as much food as I would have liked. Or do shopping...I guess I'll have to make a return trip to at least somewhere in Italy.
