Hanoi Hotel review: Hanoi Civility Hotel

We enjoy the stay throughout the stay at this hotel for 5 days...we even book tours package to halong bay and tam coc through them. worth it! Love the hotel because the price is very reasonable and new. Their services is just ok, due to many new staff and things are not really in order yet.
overall, i can recommend the hotel if u just need a simple holiday and prefer budget stayover. thanks to the staff for their hospitality and kindness...
