Singapore Hotel review: Madras Hotel Eminence

Basically if you're on budget wise, this hotel will be one of the affordable yet providing all the basic facilities of a hotel. The location was quite easy to travel from place to another but it seems like many Singaporean taxi driver doesn't know about Jalan Besar. Cleanliness of the hotel was average as there are awful smell due to the new paint while the blanket has the smell of not dry enough also the cupboard has some strong wood smell. Besides that, every facilities is provided as per advertise and the service of the hotel is brilliant.
