One of the most beautiful places I've traveled to in the world has to be Guilin, South China. To date, I have been there three times and each visit has been just as exciting. So when my parents came to China for the first time it was off to Guilin C")

Any holiday involving my family ends up as an adventure as we always seem to end up in the strangest places. Moon Hill Village was no exception. How did we end up sleeping in the middle of the Chinese countryside, being woken up at 4.30 in the morning, instead of in the 5* Paradise Resort Hotel, Yangshuo?....Good question, one I am still pondering on! We don't normally stay in fancy hotels but after the adventures we'd had my dad agreed to treat us.
