Hanoi Hotel review: Hong Ngoc Hotel I

Due to a delayed flight, we arrived exhausted, well after the hotel was closed. We were expected and welcomed by the night porter, everything was dealt with perfectly, and we were shown to a charming room. This hotel is in the centre of town and yet perfectly quiet, with a charming restaurant which is a haven of peace in the middle of a chaotic city. The facilities in the hotel are as good as any 4 star hotel and staff are both helpful and charming.
