Luxor Hotel review: New Radwan Hotel

This is not a good choice.
It is located between the train station and a mosque, so if the train shunting doesn't wake you at night, the call to prayer will.
The staff were generally ok, but the tour operator that haunts this hotel was horribly persistent, approaching us on the street, in the lobby, sitting next to us breakfast.
We came here because of the pool, but we couldn't use it. The water was cloudy and green when we arrived. The man on the desk said no problem, they would clean it for us to use. Later that afternoon, no change. The next morning, we asked about the pool again - later that afternoon, no change.
We moved to a different hotel (with a smaller but usable pool, and cheaper!).
