Kuala Lumpur Guesthouse review: Number Eight Guesthouse

Dark, dingy, musty - extremely basic......had to climb two flights of very steep stairs to get to a very small, dark, dingy, musty room that was very very basic. We didnt even stay one night.,..found a more pleasant hotel (Hotel Nova) just around the corner. The Eight is definitely not for anyone with walking impairments or if you like light, airy rooms with a television. It is really only for the very basic of backpackers who dont care about their facilities and only want a basic bed and shower.
The again....why anyone would want to go to KL is now beyond me anyway. Shopping no where near as good as Thailand and very little culture.
