These past two days have been about driving instead of biking. I set off and arrived without a hitch from Flagstaff, AZ to Huntington Beach, CA. The drive was beautiful, but can't say I'd like to do that again. This part of the trip is going to encompass more of the main reason I decided to come west instead of east, as my good frined from Peace Corps Ukraine is getting married on Sunday to his Ukrainian fiancee. They're both orthodox, my friend is Greek, and she is, of course, Russian, so this will be my first Orthodox wedding. I'm quite excited about the whole affair and will sure to describe every bit of it. After staying overnight in Huntington Beach, I left this morning at around 10am for my uncle and aunt's home in Pleasonton, CA. I've been very fortunate to have been visiting them since I was a 5' 8" 11 year old, as my aunt so eliquantly puts it. I didn't remember how tall I was at eleven, I'm glad she did. Anyway, the drive was another long, and rather uneventful trip,
