Frankfurt Hotel review: Hotel Apadana Frankfurt

We stayed at this hotel twice, at the start and end of our 4 week holiday. The breakfast is good value, location is good as it's close to the railway station. The double room is VERY noisy being on a through street corner so you hear traffic and siren noise all night long. Often there are people on the footpath talking and yelling as well. I was very disappointed that our request for a room away from the street noise (for the second stay) was agreed before we left (3 weeks notice) but in fact was "not possible" when we returned. Nothing was done to compensate us for that lack of transparency.
