Kerala is a politically vibrant (that is an understatement) state. It is one of the few sates in India where Communism and its various shades thrive. Political flags, memorials, festoons, kiosks, statues etc are very common on the wayside. Here is a slab in front of the historical Padmanabhaswamy temple.
The slab describes the vision of the Communist leader, AK Gopalan. His follower seems to be working towards that vision!
