RumFire Celebrates One Year!

The buzz about RumFire has not faded...the oceanfront hot spot opened December 29, 2007. What's planned for their one-year celebration? Dunno know, but suspect something really fabulous from baby-faced, but talented Chef Colin Hazama. Hope he still has those yummy seared scallops with hearts of palm salad tossed with lemon truffle vinaigrette or the kim chee garlic fried rice!

The hotel cajoled General Manager Jed Inductivo and Restaurant Manager Sarah Henderson to leave Nobu Waikiki and assist with the expansion of RumFire's seductive atmosphere - nosh on tasty tapas poolside soon when Helumoa Playground, the brand new resort pool is unveiled.
