Athens Hotel review: Pergamos Hotel

I really enjoyed staying here & look forward to going back. For a budget traveller this place is perfect. I enjoyed staying here for the following reasons:

Very cheap for a couple to have to have their own room & bathroom

Very clean & tidy. The bathroom was cleaned every day & beds made. They also took any rubbish in the room

Staff were very friendly & helpful. Someone was always on the front desk. They helped with how to travel around the city, where to go, maps, recommended places to eat etc. It was great having such approachable staff.

Everything was within walking distance. about half an hours walk to the acropolis. The area was a little dodgy (if you got the wrong back street you could see prostitutues, drunks drug addicts) but no one approached you. It felt very saft.
