I have, unfortunately, had to return straight to work, with only a few hours of sleep, so this will be a hurried update, and maybe a bit of a shambles, but I’ll try and post another one later with photos and stuff.

Budapest Apartment review: Budapest Royal Apartment
The apartment is in a very beautiful old building, although we did have a little trouble locating it within the maze of stairways and landings. The building seems very secure, with key-coded locks and a guard permanently at reception, although none of the guards I encountered spoke any English, which made it quite confusing (for all involved!) to initially check in.
The apartment is very clean, with high ceilings and a nice view from the window, although the kitchen/bathroom facilities are a little basic. Overall though, I'm pleased with it and would say I got good value for my money. It's in a great location for exploring the centre of Budapest and I would use it again.
