Constancia Guesthouse review: Casa Joao Chagas

The hotel is located at a cute square and close to the river. Canoes for rent. Constancia is a very quite town. During our stay in May we noticed multiple empty restaurants, and the absence of any nightlife. We used this location to make various day trips by car, to Tomar, Fatima, Alcobaca and Batalha (30-60 minutes driving). Very friendly owner, who speaks multiple languages and likes to help you. Rooms are clean, with good beds and traditional atmosphere.

Lisbon Guesthouse review: Lisbon Dreams Guesthouse

Very clean hostel, basic but up-to-date design of the rooms, covering one full floor of the building. Relaxed atmosphere. The staff is young but experienced and always helpful. We borrowed two metro cards for local transportation. Convenient parking garage two blocks away, 12 euros per day max. 24 hours accessible, but on sundays you have to look for an alternative gate. Alternative gate opens with your parking card. Supermarket on ground floor. On walking distance of restaurants and nightlife (15 minutes). If you don't mind to share (clean) bath rooms with other guests, this is the place for you to stay.
