Yesterday.
My entire day was perfect.
Chikahan.
Tawanan.

Suddenly,
Few hours before my shift ends,
my superior asked me to help out the queue of MNL calls.

That's what I did.

All of a sudden,
nasira ang buong araw ko.

I don't want to elaborate what was the concern of the recruitment agency staff.
My main concern is that,
ganun ba talaga ang mga pilipino makipag-usap lalo na sa travel industry.

walang kamodo-modo. parang nasa palengke kung makapag-usap.

I just want to remind other people, whether they are from travel agency or recruitment,
in every transaction you are trying to make, do not forget "BUSINESS ETHICS".

And to think na manager ang naka-usap ko.

WTF.

i am very sorry for my words,
pero I think it's time for the filipino people who work in travel industry to treat their guest and partners,
especially foreigners in a right manner.
